Dr. Guerrero has held clinical positions in Chicago, Oregon and Texas.  He was affiliated with the Department of Veterans Affairs/Veterans Health Administration.

Dr. Guerrero was also affiliated with the world-renowned Diamond Headache Clinic at Chicago’s St. Joseph Hospital.
