The halfcourt offense runs through Madden. Bales will aim to deliver the ball in the low area so she can either score Madden 22 coins, or kick-out to shooters when the defense breaks down. Madden has been executing a lot of quick pass passes to get the ball that has resulted in a record-setting 2.5 assists for each game average to date.
"I enjoy (the added the responsibility)," Madden said. "I know that at times I'm adept at getting the team moving, so I feel like when we start the ball moving quickly and have me present, that will give us more motivation."
Madden's offensive partner is Chamberlin her perimeter game coincides perfectly with Madden's inner presence. While Chamberlin has struggled shooting the ball in the beginning of this season, she scored 15.9 scoring per match during the season. She was taking 45% of total shots and 72 triples in an average of 41.
Her passing is perhaps her most valuable contribution, however she is not the only thing Blue River boasts in shooting it's not able to do in the area of guard playmaking. Chamberlin's 3.2 assists per game average in the past has grown to 4.3 per game this season. The focus she gets on defense helps Madden and the other players thrive.
"We've definitely come a long way closer than when she first came. She was a bit shy at first but now, me and her have a laugh. We've become friends in the courts," Madden said. "My sophomore year, we didn't really have any (knockdown) shooter and the only way they stopped us was to covering me in the post buy Mut 22 coins. We lost that game in semi-state. The fact that we have Maci out there helps greatly."
