What kind of gear will we be talking here? Rune 2h? I'm determined to believe that I (because I have 42 defense... and, in fact, to calibrate for those who RS gold aren't aware). Yes, I'm not good at this whole "knowing my own statistics" thing. Is range an effective method to improve your defense or is it an ineffective method? Could someone clarify the EoC? Does "afk" or "minimum attention" training still possible (although not particularly efficient, I know) Do I have to use capabilities to be able to attack? Wow, that's a lot of noob knowledge.

All "special attacks" that caused many items to were destroyed, are gone. Dclaws for instance has gone from 13m to 500k. Every weapon now has tied stats. The long rune is now sporting the same stats that rune sword. The only difference is atk (slash/stab) style. Two-handed weps are 150% more efficient than 1h. 1handed weps are now available in an off-hand version which cheap RuneScape gold allows users to "dual wield" two weps at the same time. Dual weilding is also known as p2p. F2P only has one or 2 dual sheps.
